Our Kickboxing classes designed for adults and youth to learn self-defense techniques, boost confidence, and enhance overall physical fitness. As well as preparing those who are interested in competing in either kickboxing or MMA.
MMA/Grappling classes offer individuals the opportunity to learn a combination of striking and grappling techniques derived from various martial arts disciplines, providing a comprehensive approach to self-defense, fitness, and competitive training.
Kickboxing sparring will be every Wednesday and Fridays at 6pm to 7pm. MMA/ grappling open mat will be 7pm-8pm Wednesdays and Fridays.
