Ben Khoshaba is a professional mixed martial artist with a lifelong background in wrestling and combat sports. He began wrestling at a young age and competed throughout high school and college, building a strong foundation in grappling, conditioning, and competitive strategy. Following his wrestling career, Ben transitioned into mixed martial arts where he trained and competed professionally while developing experience across multiple disciplines. His background includes boxing, Muay Thai, shoot boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and submission wrestling, giving him a well-rounded foundation in both striking and grappling. Ben’s experience in professional MMA has given him firsthand insight into the physical and mental demands required to compete at a high level. His diverse training allows him to teach a balanced approach to martial arts, emphasizing effective technique, conditioning, and real-world application.
As a coach, Ben focuses on strong fundamentals, discipline, and mental toughness while helping students of all skill levels build confidence, improve their skills, and reach their goals in martial arts training.
